At VELOR, we stand behind the quality of every piece we make. If something isn't right, we will make it right.

Eligibility We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

The item is unworn and unwashed

All original tags are still attached

The item is in its original packaging

How to Request a Return or Exchange Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order via:

Please include your order number and reason for return.

Refunds Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days back to your original payment method.

Exchanges Prefer a different size or color? We'll arrange an exchange with ease.

Shipping Costs:

Returns or exchanges due to sizing or preference: shipping fees are the customer's responsibility

Returns or exchanges due to a manufacturing defect: VELOR covers all shipping costs, fully and without question

Non-Returnable Items:

Items that have been worn, washed, or altered

Items returned after 14 days of delivery

VELOR reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.
